In Midwest to West Coast this motorcycle is out of stock not expect9 it ant time soon. I was not satisfied with that. I went to the 2022 Orlando Boat Show with the purpose of buying a pontoon boat. My wife and I had researched what we ultimately wanted and what was available.

We cruised the floor and ended up at West Orlando Power Sports and Marine. They had a 20 foot Sylvan pontoon with a floor plan that suited our needs. We talked to the Sylvan rep and then talked to Josh from West Orlando. The price was right, West Orlando Power Sports was just a few miles from our house and Josh was a great salesman (he is the GM) so we bought the floor model as we knew that pontoons in the size we wanted were hard to get.

I would give West Orlando Power Sports and Marine 6 stars if I could. Josh gave me a timeline of when I could have the boat and it was acceptable to me. He beat that by 3 days. I bought the boat on a Saturday and because it was on the boat show floor, I would have to wait until it was back at the dealership for a next Saturday delivery. That was Wednesday when they re-opened for business following the show. The boat was in the water on Thursday.

I cant say enough about the crew at West Orlando. Josh, Steve (Service Manager), Oscar and Martin got the boat to a ramp (I did not purchase a trailer because Im renting a slip) and ran it over to the marina where I was. They took me on a short test drive on the boat and helped me maneuver the pontoon through the marina to my slip. That is outstanding customer service!! Im a customer service manager and they really impressed me.

I highly recommend Orlando Power Sports and Marina. I feel very comfortable on my purchase and feel they will be there if I need them in the future. I am already contemplating adding upgrades to my boat and know that will give me the best service options available.

I have been looking for a larger touring bike with anti-lock brakes and the full touring package and needed to trade in my cruiser. Saw a 2018 Kawasaki Vulcan Voyager 1700 listed on cycle trader. Through cycle trader, I requested more info. Sales rep Frank contacted me and set an appointment for me to inspect the bike. When I arrived Frank made sure the bike was 100% ready for inspection. He very professionally presented a fair offer and a fair trade-in on my old bike. The offer was a little higher than I wanted to commit to, but Frank worked out a price that was in the range I wanted to stay in. The sales process was very easy and friendly. Working with the finance manager Frankie was very low-key and professional as we closed the sale. On delivery, the bike was completely prep with a full tank of gas. The real test of a great dealer is service after the sale. After riding the bike home I had a couple of minor issues that I concerned about. Called my rep Frank, he acknowledged me right away a setup time for me to have service look it over. Service took the bike in right away and check out my concerns and resolved the issues. After they inspected my concerns and took the bike on a test ride, they returned to me with a full tank of gas. What I learned from sales, finance, management, and service is that they are there to serve their customers and are willing to put forth that little extra service beyond the norm. Thanks to everyone for providing me a great buying experience.

I recently purchased my first liter bike from West Orlando Powersports and cant help but leave a review. Frank was my primary salesperson I was in contact with and he was extremely prompt to all my calls and messages. I never had to wait longer than fifteen minutes for a reply EVEN HOURS AFTER THEY HAD CLOSED. I want to tell my story as the whole experience was a blast. I live in Panama City which is around ten hours round trip, the reason I went with this dealer was because of how clean their motorcycles were, this carries over to all their vehicles as I will talk on later. Once I had settled on a bike Frank gave me his personal phone number I could call or text at any time. Being that I was ten hours away I had one shot and it needed to stick. After a long five hour trip there she was in all her 1000cc glory, my god was she beautiful it was love at first sight, as if the Yamaha engineers had just finished constructing her, and keep in mind this was a USED BIKE. It took me no longer than ten minutes to finish up the paperwork and I was on my way. This was almost a bittersweet moment as every single vehicle they have is in immaculate condition and I was having a blast looking at all their different motorcycles ranging from beginner bikes all the way up to a Hayabusa. They also have enough motorcycle and dirt bike gear to dress an army with and a good variety to boot, ranging from Shoei to Fox. While I was loading the bike onto my trailer one of the employees came out and offered to help me load it. I was not expecting this at all and was just one more reassurance that I had made the right purchase. I WILL be making the ten hour trip again when I inevitably want another motorcycle, I cant recommend them enough. My only complaint is that they arent about nine and a half hours closer, as none of the local stores near me come anywhere close to the quality. Big thank you to Frank and the West Orlando Powersports team!

In the last 2 months I have purchased 2 2019 special edition Yamaha Grizzly 700. I have purchased numerous of dirt bikes from them, I continue to come due to service Kenny and now Nick. They have always have been great to work with and give you that sense of feeling your the only customer. I also have a 2007 Grizzly and they know how much we enjoy riding, so they understand how important it is to us to get back on the trail. 90% of the time they get back out within the same day we drop her off. Anyone can sale you what you want but the true customer service comes after your out the door. That's why I keep buying from WOPS. I will say that Drew did great job with no BS. I felt the deal was fair in the last two purchases. The paperwork was quick and painless, pretty much in and out in about an hour. West Orlando Powersports had a motorcycle I was interested in at a very reasonable price. I live about 110 miles from the dealership. Erik and Nick answered all my questions and sent me pictures of specific areas of the bike that I requested via email. They assured me that the the bike was in pristine condition. I made an appointment to meet them and they set the bike aside until I got there. When I got there and saw the bike, it was beyond my expectations, it appeared as new. Erik and the staff were a pleasure to deal with, no pressure, completely honest and dedicated to customer service. I actually enjoyed purchasing my bike from them. Since the bike was a used unit, they didn't have the owner's manual or a spare key. They told me that they would try to contact the previous owner and get them for me. About a week later I was informed that the previous owner no longer had the spare key or owner's manual. The guys at West Orlando Powersports gave me a check/refund so that I could go and have a key made and buy new manuals. They also gave me a refund for a service that they were not able to complete before I picked the bike up. I would definately purchase another motorcycle from them and recommend them to all my friends. Have no fear with this excellent dealership, they are one of the few who are dedicated to customer service and your total satisfaction. If they have a unit that you are interested in, don't hesitate, give them a call. They'll make it worth your while! It was definately worth my two hour drive to deal with West Orlando Powersports.

Everything about this dealership is top notch! I purchased a bike from out of state (I live in PA). Louie Navetta, my salesman, handled everything with ease and made sure the transaction went smooth from the sale all the way to helping me set up shipping. Communication was constant and he really took the worry out of everything. By far the smoothest vehicle purchase I've had, which says a lot about this group considering this was an out of state purchase. Though the experience could have turned into disaster, Nick and Erick and their team of PROFESSIONALS worked through the road blocks to a successful sale. Traveling from Charleston SC with a MC carrier designed to carry a lighter off road bike, and not have the proper electrical wiring to rent a trailer, Nick found a solution to everything. Hooking up a trailer he had as a trade in, repairing the hitch wiring, providing a ball and hitch got me on the road with my beautiful 2013 Yamaha 250 V Star (484 miles on the Odometer) in perfect shape and running condition. My husband doesn't like to make big purchases unless he feels like he got the best deal and is treated fairly. Josh and the guys at the Oakland store did just that. If you are looking to buy without being nickled and dimed, go see them. And I love my Sea Doo GTX Limited!
